Bio
| Nora McMahon, a native New Mexican, grew up with four siblings in the country near Santa Fe. A singer songwriter who started studying the guitar at 19, Nora began performing in Hawaii and currently plays regularly in Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Nora's original sound is a mellow, folky acoustic blend. With a hint of jazz, and blues influences, she lends her sultry seasoned voice to both originals and covers with equal finesse and passion. In 2007, Nora was a finalist in the Santa Fe Songwriter’s Competition. She is currently a student of the Berklee School of Music. Nora's premier album was recorded and mixed by songwriter Jono Manson and debuted in early 2008. |
